Executive Cheffor Le Bilboquet, Dallas Are you a French Chef or classically trained in French cuisineready for an exciting new opportunity? Le Bilboquet, one of Dallas’ most renowned restaurants, is looking for an Executive Chef to lead our culinary team. Le Bilboquet is part of Travis Street Hospitality, the group behind top restaurants Knox Bistro, Georgie, Le Passage, Rose Café, and Frenchie. What We’re Looking For: A classically trained French Chef with extensive experience leading top kitchens. Expertise in French cuisine and a strong passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences. Willingness to relocate to Dallas. What You’ll Do: Work closely with our Director of Culinary, Michelin-starred Chef Bruno Davaillon. Oversee all kitchen operations and ensure the highest standards. Develop new menus in collaboration with Chef Davaillon. Additional Opportunities: If moving with a spouse or partner who works in hospitality, we may have opportunities within our group for them as well.
